Menopause happens when the ovaries stop creating estrogens thereby causing the reproductive system to stop working. The most common age of menopause is 52 but each woman is different and it could happen earlier or later in life.

Physical activity is a natural form of treatment. Menopause has been linked to hot flashes, weight gain and even depression and believe it or not exercise can be a cure to all three ailments. You don’t have to run out an join a gym but walking is a great exercise as well as bike riding and some aerobic activity.
